    night this music continued and they often stayed awake to listen to it. One day a stack of corn was put into the barn to be threshed. On that night no music was to heard but they could hear a man threshing. When they awakened in the morning a large amount of corn was threshed and the straw was piled in a corner of the barn. The next night the same thing happened until all the corn was threshed.
    When the barn was cleared the music and the singing began again. Each time corn was put into the barn it was threshed. In this manner the manner got his corn threshed each Winter.
