  1. One calm and frosty Hallow Eve night in 1926
A band of jolly fellows all bent for playing tricks
First they took Pat Conlon's gate and the they left it back,
In the reason of their doing so, they were afraid of Jack
They took the gate from Conlon right up to Tommy woods
And John Jones demanded him to delivered up the goods.

For heres to the boys who did it, their cause was staunch and true
John Jones and Eddie Sweney were Irish through and through
Jack Murray and Tom Conlon they played an active part
And Abey he assisted for to take the creamery cart.
