  1. There is a fairy fort in the townland of Kilaboley. It is called "Casey's fort".
    There is supposed to be a giant buried in the field adjoining the forth field and it is called the giant's grave.
    It is circular in shape and surrounded by a ditch. It is supposed to be the Danes that built these forts.
    The fairys used to live in them long ago. years ago people saw strange men and women near these forts.
    People often interfered with these forts when ploughing but afterwards they found that some of animals died or they would have bad luck some way.
