    Strong Men.
    Owen Mc Cabe of Clenanore is a famous strong man. He could take a bag of meal under every arm and leave it in a cart.
    Lawrence Connolly of Clenamore is noted for strength since he carried a bag of meal to his own home which is a distance of two miles. The onlookers were Arthur Sherry and John Morgan. John Ward a native of Killycrum caught hold of a two hundred bag of Meal with both hands and flung it across the fliers of a cart. The spectators were Mick Mc Nally, and John Mc (Manas) Manus.
    Larry Mc Bennett, Dunfelemy could lift six-fiftysixe's, three in every hand and crack them (abobe) abbove his head for ten minutes.
