  1. The Local Landlord
    There lived a landlord named Lucas. He lived in a castle at Castleshane. The castle was built by Séan Mac Maghtanna and that is how Castleshane got its name from Caislean Séain.
    Lucas owned about three thousand acres of land. He owned the following townlands.
    Castleshane, Moys, Lisglasson, Corlust, Tirmacmoe, Cordevlis and Latagur.
