  1. Prayers to be said when going to bed.
This night I lay down to sleep.
I give my soul to God to keep.
If I die before I wake.
I give my soul to God to take.
As I go to my bed, I go to my to my grave.
Begging of Jesus, my soul to receive.
Bright Queen of heaven, Christ be my flower.
Jesus be with me at my dying hour.
    O Lady, O Queen, O Mother.
In the name of Jesus, and the love of Jesus.
We implore you to take our cause in hand.
    And grant it good success.
    O Mary my Dearest Mother.
I beg of you to help me at all times.
And especially, at the terrible moment of death.
Never leave me until you see me safe in heaven.
Blessing you and sing in you.
    Mercy for ever. Amen
As I lie down on my right side,
    God Almighty be my guide.
    God almighty, mighty most.
    Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
