  1. In olden days there lived a servant boy in this district who was employed by his master carting sand from Ballykissane quay.
    One day as he was filling his load he came upon the body of a dead sailor. Without causing any alarm he searched the pockets of the dead man wherein he found a substantial purse of gold.
    He put it securely in his inside pocket and went home with his load of sand.
    Some time afterwards he left his masters employment, bought a farm and got married to the daughter of his employed. He had a
