    The story teller knew if a Mr OConnor, Kenmare who returned from America as an apparently incurable consumptive. He sued this cure and it proved so successful that he lived for 49 years.

    Boil to gether and put into box to harden
    Such a plaster has been found to cure a running sore in the leg.
    Meacac tobhach. Boil the root with poppies and camomile and apply to a sore throat.
