    The most harmful weeds to the farmers are the thistles the dockleaves and chicken - weed
    The chicken - weed is harmful to the farmers because it spreads on the land and keeps the groth down and it smuders the plants which the farmers have set These deeds are harmful especially to turnips mangolds and to a great many other crops The most harmful weeds to wheat oats and barley is the yellow - weed commonly called purshack - wee and the dockleaves are harmful because they makes the soil poor and spreads around it If you burned you hand with a nettle it is said that if you rubbed a dockleave to it it would get better
    It is said that Sisnamanta is very good for cuts It is called Sinamanta because it is a very small plant it is said that mere plants grow on the banks of rivers that can cure a sore hand
