  1. Long ago people had not any doctors, but they had their own cures for diseases, sickness and cuts. Skin a mouse and clean it and boil it in a medium sized saucepan and drink the soup was the common cure for measles.
    Steep bread in boiling water for a while and put it between a cloth put this on an infected hand, finger or anything else. This will cure it.
    Warts and boils etc. were cured by squeezing the juice of the bainnicín on them.
    Nettle stings were cured by squeezing the juice of the dock leaf on them.
    Corns were cured by scraping the back of a leaf like ivy and placing it against the corn, it will relieve the pain and extract the corn.
    Get soap and cut it in thin slices then get sugar and press them tightly
