  1. Certain days through-out the year are said to be lucky and unlucky for certain things.
    It is said that Monday is an unlucky day to start sending a child to school or to sell a cow.
    Any crop sat on good Friday is sure not to fail.
    Saturday is said to be an unlucky day to start building a house.
    Monday is an unlucky day to go into a new house.
    Some people would not kill pigs on fridays or Wednesdays.
    In this district people would not get married on Mondays Wednesdays or Fridays.
    A child born on Good Friday and baptised on Easter Sunday can cure certain diseases
