    Everybody that have gone there already their sight have been restored to them.
    How Lack got its name.
    Lack derives its name from a huge stone or "leac" on the side of the Sleemish mountain range. Fionn MacCumhail is reputed to have put the stone there.
    How Killeenagh got its name.
    Killeenagh got its name from a grave on "cill" situated in the middle of the village. In olden days when unbaptized children died, they were buried without a coffin in a certain field in their native district. In each village there is one of those little graves, thus the village its name.
    Scairt
    In a remote village in Corca Grinny there are the ruins of an old monastry called "Scairt" the place is connected with the Cromwellian soldiers. In those days monks lived there. When the Cromwellian soldiers came, a native of Cahiracruttera
