  1. "Clounafineela" is a district situated about half way between Tralee and Listowel. It means "The Fineela family." This family are supposed to have lived there a long long time ago. They lived in forts which are to be seen in the districts at the present day. Nobody ever made any use of these forts because they say it is not right to have anything to do with them.
