  1. When awaking in the morning say,
    Oh my God I offer you my heart, and my soul, and my body. Oh teach me to love you in time and in eternity.
    When arising.
    Oh my God I rise from this bed of sleep to adore you and to labour for the salvation of my soul. Oh! may I rise on the Last Day to Life Everlasting Amen.
    When Dressing.
    Oh my lord clothe my soul with the nuptial robe of charity grant that I may wear it pure, and undefiled till I go to the judgment seat of Christ Amen.
