    there but all their clothes were thrown on the floor and a candle was lighting which was quenched when they were going down to the kitchen. When they were going into bed again they saw an empty match box on the bed and all the matches were arranged along the bed. The cousin went over to his coat to see if his box of matches were still there. He could not find them and then he knew that the box on the bed was his own.
