One night a certain man was coming from town. He had a pony and trap. He was crossing a bridge which was supposed to be haunted, and while doing so the pony ran and the trap was turned upside down. There was no help to be got, because it was a lonely part of the road. "In the name of God" said he "Will some one help me"? At that moment before he could put his hand to the car to try to lift it, it was on its two wheels again.
