  1. One day a tramp called to the house of an old lady and begged for something to eat. The lady's house was full of flies, she had tried everything to destroy them but without success. He said if he got a meal he would do away with the flies. The old lady prepared a great feed for him, and when he had finished it she said now what about the flies. The tramp got up from the table, went outside the door and took off his coat, then he too his stick in his hand now he said "Leave them out one by one"
