this gold he invited the man to dinner.
with the other gentry. They coaxed him
and flattered him for some of the gold. the
man gave king Harman one of the pots
and King Harmon then erected the castle
which is known as Rockingham Castle.

Once upon a time a man named
McDermott of Taverane had a dream on three
successive nights that there was a crock of gold
hidden under a flag in one of his own gardens.
He also dreamed that a man of the name of
Brennan would help him to lift the flag.

On the third morning of the dream
he got up and went to the field. Just as he
was about to lift the flag a man came up to
him whom he thought was Brennan. McDermott
was a very selfish man and to have all the
gold to himself he asked him to come down
