  1. Bartley "Mor" Langton of Corradoo, Cloonloo, Boyle carried on extensive trade in the various kinds of forge work such as the making of ploughs, spades, slanes, loys, fire cranes, gates etc. A man of the name of Brennan had a forge at Mullaghroe at one time.
    Coopering which included the making of loy-shafts, churns, ferkins, tubs, noggins wooden pails, wooden dishes, and wooden plates was a great trade in this district at one time. Four men were almost constantly employed.
