    live in the well. Once a man caught him and brought it home and put it on the fire to cook and it jumped off the fire. Then in man took the fish down to the well again. There was once a family of the Costello's living in Kilfree and there was a party in it one night and one of party went for water.
    There is another well near the holy-well and he took the war out of the holy well and brought it home and it was down boiling for a couple of hours and it would not boil.
