    and a red cap.
Hundreds of years ago there were soldiers killed and buried there in the bogs. Generally at twelve and one o'clock at night the soldiers were to be seen walking to and fro in the fields and the guns in their hands.
Many a time in the middle of the day when the people were ploughing they would come to certain places where the horses would walk away out of the plough. All the chains would be loosened and fall away. Sometimes when men were returning from rambling they met soldiers; they would turn and walk a stretch of the road with them and then disappear.
