    here make a pilgrimage to Dromard Holy Well.
    People who have sores of any kind wash them in the waters of the well. There are stories told of cures which occurred there in days gone by.
    Other wells in County Sligo are St Attrachtas well and Lady Wells near Carrowmore. In some places the water from Holy Wells is not suppose to ever boil.
