    way between the hills on its way to meet the broad Atlantic. On the right side of Canaree we catch an occasional glimpse of the hill of Knockarca, that fine hill over looving the broad Atlantic on which Queen Maeve is said to have been buried.
    There are about fifty houses in Carnaree and about two hundred people. Carnaree is situated in a lovely place. Cars, buses, trains, carts and bicycles run by it every day. The train runs by Carnaree every day on it's from Sligo to Dublin.
