    Local Ruins
There is one ruined castle in our school district. It must be over 300 years as far as I can know and it must be derelict longer than the oldest man living in olden times. This castle is in Ballymore, parish of Enlaghfad, Barony of Corran County Sligo. There was a man in this castle named Gillabarry, it is said that he was shot from Carrownanty by a soldier. There was no ruined chapel in the parish.
