- There is a holy well in Domnick Lavin's field, about a quarter of a mile from my home. It is called the Blessed Virgin's Well. There is a statue of the Blessed Virgin and a few pictures at the well. It is said that people visited this well in former times.
- There is a holy well in Upper Carrigans. It is situated under two trees. It is on Peter McGettericks land. There is a cure to be got at the Well.
