  1. I have heard of a person named Peter Healy of Carrigans Lower. He was a very strong man about eight feet high. He was in Scotland for four years, and he was getting on very well. He came home on holidays in Summer. He jumped the ball-alley of Carrigans which is about eighteen feet high.
    I have heard of a woman named Kattie Allen. She was able to carry a sack of meal on her back for two miles.
