    Oh! Blessed Virgin, Queen of heaven I hope you'll pray for me. You were always good to me and at my trial you'll stand by to intercede for me for fear I should be cast away from your Son no more to see.
    Oh! Jesus whose five bleeding wounds were nailed to a tree. My heart and my soul I resign unto thee. Oh! merciful Jesus have mercy on me.
    Oh! Holy Mary, mother of god, Queen of charity pray for me now and at now and at the hour of my death that you may not let me die in mortal sin. Oh! Jesus have mercy on me - Amen.
