  1. One night when a woman was coming home from a dance, she had to cross a hill on the way. She fell into a sandpit, when she got up she did not know where she was, so she started going back the way she came. She was travelling all the night long, till she saw a light.
    She found out that it was a house, a man came out and invited her in. But she would not go. He brought out a lamp and went home with her. After many falls into bog holes and pits, she was all scratched and torn.
