    Local Cures
    Ring Worm.
This disease is generally taken on the head and neck. The seventh son or seventh daughter has the cure. If there is a worm put into the child’s hand when it is born and dies in it. Martin Foley made the cure for me. He put his hand in the form of a cross on the sore and prayed. There are certain days form making this cure which are Mondays and Thursdays. The cure cure has to be made nine times and it has to be made before sunset.
    Foul mouth
The foul mouth is a disease which comes on the mouth. It comes in the form of a pimple and the whole mouth gets inflamed. If a child’s father is dead before it is born that child has the cure. Della O’Reilly has the cure and made it for Kevin McKeon. The Cure has to be made nine times on Mondays and Thursdays.
