    The old townland I live in is surrounded by a chain of forts. Starting at Rathmore on Mr. O'Hara's demesne the next at Lisaneena, Healthfield, Cloonamonagh, Cornabbey and Rathnannow. The are all within view of each other and about equal distances apart.
