  1. one night my grandfather and grandmother were coming home from Sligo. They were travelling by horse and car as there were very few motors then. It was rather late in the night. They were delayed in town, or perhaps it was freezing and they couldn't travel very fast; anyway my father told me it one o' clock at night when they got as far as Sooey.
