    The clerk of the parish has lost his considering, some say this and some say that, and some say, my man (?) has found it. Is it you sir. One person has a stick and she will strike every one on the foot. All stretch out their feet and the girl with the stick will say the rhyme and when she comes to "Is it you sir" that girl will pull in one foot and so on until all their feet are in.
