The night of the 31st January is called Saint Bridget's night or it is called by the old people Brígidéóg night. On this night boys and girls dress in funny clothes and go around from house to house
In each house they play music and dance and then they get money. They carry a doll with them and she is called Bríghideóg. The people who go around are called Brighidéoga after the doll Bríghidéog.,
