  1. In a field in the townland of Rathwany near my home there is a fort. It got its name from the fairies want.
    On its northern side there is an entrance and at this entrance there is a large rock.
    A lot of [sceach] bushes are growing on each side of this fort. It is said that fairies lived there long ago. Every night at about twelve o'clock they could seen riding on horses, dancing and playing the bag-pipes.
