  1. An Old Story:
There was once in the parish a man the name of Dominick, and he used to steal a lot of things. He was in very bad terms with the parish priest and this night when the priest was in bed he went to the house and stole the turkey.
That night when Dominick was going home he met a ghost. he could not sleep that night, but he went to town next morning and he met the priest. he told him he wanted to go to confession, the priest said what did you do. "I stole a turkey." The priest told him to give it back. "Here he is" said Dominick. The priest said "Oh no" The man said "I asked him and he would not take it." "It's alright so."
When the priest went home his servant told him that there was a turkey stolen. The priest said "I know where it is," so he went away on his horse for the turkey. When he got the turkey Dominick said you cannot go back on my Confession.
