Volunteer Joseph BanksThere was a pilgrimage every year to the place where they bodies were found. There are prayers said also.
- There were three shiploads of people who were evicted during the Plantations. They were going to America. It was said that when they were out at sea a few miles the ships sank. It is said that the souls of these people come back every year in the form of birds to Lisadell.
