    1) CURE FOR WARTS
    Put a black snail to the wart, before he pulls in his horns, and then stick the snail on a white thorn bush, and as the snail withers away the warts will go away.

    2) FOR WHOOPING COUGH
    Ferrets leavings or to drink water out of a fishes' mouth

    3) THE CURE FOR A CUT
    To rub a cobweb on the cut and then it would get better

    4) CURE FOR TOOTHACHE
    To cut the head of a frog with your teeth.

    5) CURE FOR STONE BRUISE
    Stick cuckoo sorrel on it

    6) CURE FOR MUMPS
    Put the asses' winkers on the child and lead him to the three mearing water, and bring a spoon with you for the child to drink the water.

    7) CURE FOR RINGWORM
    The seventh son has it

    8) CURE FOR CANCER
    People make up a poultice and put it on the sore
