  1. Long ago people suffered from a terrible disease. The bodies of the people who had it swelled very much.
    The following was the cure. A hole was dug in a field and the sick person was put into it, and left there for half an hour. While the person was in the hole certain prayers were said.
    This was done for three successive days. On the fourth day the person was cured.
