Three visits are paid to Mrs McGowan. Immediately after the third visit a cure takes place.
- Long ago when a person suffered from a disease called the "Mumps", some other person got an asses halter and put it on the sick person's head.
Another person drove the sick person into a pig sty and all around the walls inside saying while doing so "In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, amen."
