  2. In a field belonging to Mr Michael Kerrigan of the townland of Moneygold, Parish of Ahamlish, Barony of Carbury, Co Sligo is a holy well, known locally as "St Molaishe's Well".
    In the olden days people came from far and near on a certain day to perform "rounds" and say prayers.
    Quite convenient to the Well at this time lived a very bigoted Protestant parson.
