    Long ago on "May Day" the people used carry a large bunch of summer-tree leaves and decorate the houses with them.
    They also used decorate their horses with flowers and green ribbons.
    No woman would sell milk on that day without putting salt in it.
    No fishermen would go out fishing on that day.
