    "The parson hanged himself". "I know", said the priest, "I gave him enough of rope for that purpose".
    The Parson was buried in Milltown Abbey. His coffin used to be on the top of the earth until they were tired of burying him. The took him out on the water and tied his coffin to a boat. They let it go in the bay and it was never seen since.
    The point where they took him out is called after him, "Porteen Buthay".
