  1. I Baitin Buidhe
    One of the principal games we play in this district is Baitín Búidhe
    The first thing that is done is to put a stick standing upright in the middle of the road.
    Then we draw a line about ten yards apart on each side of it.
    Then we select two teams which we shall call A and B. The usual number playing is five or six but any number can play.
    Each team had a captain and a penny is tossed up to show which one will begin the game.
    A stick about three feet long is got and he throws it at the upright stick and if he knocks it all the players in his team will run
