  1. We have a horse at home. Her name is "Molly". She is five years old. She is a very quiet horse. She is a very good worker. She is working every day. She does every kind of work. She ploughs, and mows hay and corn, and draws the turf.
    In the Summer she is out by night and in the winter she is kept in the stable night and day.
    She is tied with a head collar which is made of leather and is tied with a bit of a rope from a staple in the manger.
    She is clipped one a year in the month of November. My brother John that clips her. She is fed two times a day. She eats mangolds, turnips, oats, and grass.
