“Tailors in olden days went from house to house to make the clothes for the people.”
(ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)the present day use the following instruments , a thimble, a large iron, a lapboard and a sewing machine. There are three tailors in this parish now. They work in their own homes and some of the people take the suits to them to make and then the tailor charges them so much to make the suit.
Some of the tailors stock the cloth and then the people order the suit and they have to pay for the material and the makings. There is no cloth spun or woven(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
