    drowned. Some person or persons standing by reported him, he said "what we didn't kill we drowned them", he was arrested and tried in Tralee Court house which was then newly built. He was the first prisoner to be tried and as being the first in the new Court house and according to custom he should be released but he was not. He was put back a criminal and transported to Van Dieman's Land on perjured evidence.
