  1. On November Night the marriageable girls would go round the houses in their neighbourhood and their mouths full of water. They would listen at the doors and the name of the man they would hear, that was the name of the man they would marry. If they did not hear any man's name mentioned in a house they would have to keep going till they would hear a name mentioned and their mouths full of water all the time.
