  1. There are various signs by which a person can judge the weather for instance.
    When smoke is going straight out of a house it's the sign of good weather. When the smoke is being blown by the wind it's the sign of bad weather. When a person can hear the Ballymote train clearly it's a sign of good weather. When a person can hear the Carrowmore train it's the sign of bad weather.
    When the ring is near the moon it's a sign that we are going to have good weather. When the ring is far away from the moon it's a sign of bad weather.
