  1. 'Round the green grass,
    The grass grows green,
Many a leaf is fit to be seen.
    Washed in milk,
    Dryed in silk,
    All pop down.
This is how the game is played:
All the children gather up in a ring and say the verse. Saying the last line all the children pop down on their hunkers. They can do that as often as they like. All of the present school children have a different way for playing it.
