    Skipping is a very common game not in Ireland only but the rhymes used during it may be peculiar to this part. Actions are done by the person who is skipping
    1. Lady, lady, turn around
    Lady, lady,touch the ground
    Lady, lady, show your shoe
    Lady, lady, that will do
    2. Early in the morning at 6 O' Clock
    You can hear the postman's knock
    Postman, postman, drop your letter
    Postman, postman, pick it up
    3. Teddy bear, teddy bear turn around
    Teddy bear, teddy bear touch the ground
    Teddy bear, teddy bear shoe your shoe
